Qualifications:
Mr. Moeller has practiced architecture as a registered professional since 1982. He is also a registered Landscape Architect. His experience as a project planner, designer, manager and team leader has complimented many successful projects. He is capable of administrating and coordinating projects from the conceptual phase of design through construction. His particular expertise is innovative design and planning combined with team leadership and coordination, utilizing the latest computer technology and software. He is computer literate and leads and influences a skilled team of engineers utilizing a “hands on” approach. His construction and accounting / business background makes him aware of construction means, methods and their cost implications on budget and scheduling. His work as a lifeguard in his youth makes him keenly aware of safety issues as they relate to facility design and how various programs impact the pool complex and effect user friendliness. Mr. Moeller has successfully designed hundreds of pools and aquatic complexes worldwide. Mr. Moeller is also fluent in Spanish.
